At the end of 2017, the Krakow City Hall and Lublin City Council adopted acoustic maps prepared by EKKOM. The city’s acoustic maps are periodically compelled by the provisions of the Environmental Protection Law Act.
Dr. Janusz Bohatkiewicz led one of the sessions of the First Congress of General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways (GDDKIA), which took place on 29 September in Jachranka, Poland.
In 2017 Ekkom prepared documentation in the environmental impact assessment process for the District Road Administration in Nowy Sącz (Poland). The scope of the project was a reconstruction of a 4-km section of the 1520K district road in Piwniczna Zdrój and 5 km of the 1505K road in Gródek and Biała Niżna.
EKKOM prepared a post-execution analysis for PKP PLK. The analysis focused on adverse impacts of traffic on areas requiring noise protection for the project “Modernization of the railway line No. 8, section Warszawa Okęcie – Radom”.
EKKOM Sp. z o.o. performed noise calculations and determination of acoustic parameters of noise barriers for areas located in the vicinity of the section of the national road No. 79, adjacent to the area of the “Centre for the Rehabilitation of Motor Organs Krzeszowice” SP ZOZ.
