The planned section of the road is about 50 km long and is designed mainly on a new path, similar to the existing national road No. 74. It runs through the communes of Górno, Bieliny, Łagów, Baćkowice and Opatów.

The investment begins at in the vicinity of the water reservoir in Cedzyna and ends at the planned Opatowa’s bypass road in Jałowęsy.
